The Valyou Feathers Sectional is affordable, worth the value, and, most importantly, it’s functional. I love the sectional’s polished, clean design and warm beige coloring, and I always look forward to settling into the sofa each night after work.

For reference, I selected the 142-inch sofa in beige, facing right, for $1999.

You have two options: Beige and Grey. I chose Beige simply due to its light, soft coloring and ability to be paired with nearly any rug.

Now for sizing! You can select from 88-inch, 110-inch, 142-inch, and 170-inch. I went with the 142-inch for my 150-inch living room, which was a perfect fit. There’s just enough room on either side, so the couch doesn’t feel crammed into the space.

Size
Do you prefer facing left or facing right? This depends on the orientation of your living room and your preferences for accompanying furniture. For my space, I went with a sectional facing the right because I have a sliding glass door on the left.

Easy Ordering + Assembly
First and foremost, all Valyou furniture is shipped using their delivery trucks, so you don’t have to worry about furniture safety or shipping. When I purchased my Valyou sectional online, my sofa shipped within a week and was delivered to my house. The timing was perfect because I was just moving into my new apartment and beginning to settle in.
When your Feathers Sectional is delivered, you can expect it to arrive in three boxes: two big and one small. It’s easy to unpack the boxes and assemble the sofa: simply position your sofa in the right orientation, flip each section backward, and latch the metal hooks on the bottom. This allows your couch to function as one piece, preventing unnecessary jostling.
If you have any trouble with the clasps, try lifting up one section of the couch to align the clasps. You can also visit the Valyou website, which has plenty of easily-accessible information on assembly.

This sofa is super comfortable! With designer furniture, it’s easy for things to look good but be uncomfortable or unlivable in the long run. I can assure you that’s not the case with Valyou’s Feather Sectional. I love to tuck into the nook of the couch while working from home, reading, or watching TV. The cushions are super soft, so I relax more on the couch than on my bed.

How to Wash + Care for Your Feathers Sectional ✨

Vacuum the Upholstery
Move your vacuum from left to right in short, overlapping lines. Then, change over to a crevice nozzle and vaccuum between the seams and under the cushions.

Treat Stains
You can attack stains with a water- or solvent-based cleaner. Let the cleaner sink in, then blot it with a microfiber cloth. Don’t scrub the stain because this could push the stain farther into the upholstery or damage the fabric!

Machine Wash
To clean the cushion covers, you can just throw it in your washing machine. Remove the fabric from the sectional framing and cushions, and wash it gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Make sure the cover is zipped closed before you put it in the washing machine, or you may end up with a tangled mess. Covers can be line-dried, but many prefer to put the cover back on the cushion while it is still damp.
